I contacted Customer Service to report some concerns regarding my Solar Panel. Though my solar panel was installed about 5 years ago, Nicole Castro patiently and politely listened to my concerns. She made sure that my concerns were addressed and corrected. She coordinated the scheduling and dispatch of the technicians to make adjustments with my circuits. Kudos to Nicole Castro for a job well done!

Very good experience with SolarMax through the entire process to PTO. I started out with a different provider from LA that wasn't going well. My neighbor recommended SolarMax, and couldn't be more pleased. My install was more involved than most, as it included a Tesla Battery with a Gateway and Sub-panel. I live in west Ventura County, and the installers were on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about the support & staff, especially the program manager Noe Lopez. Through the process, which takes longer waiting for a battery, Noe was always straight up and consistent on what to expect, and provided good technical support. Ashley, in Utility & HOA, was always on top of things, keeping the SCE PTO on track. From my experience and that of my neighbor, SolarMax was an excellent choice. Highly recommend.

Installed 3 years ago. Great installation. However last 3 months the system has been underproducing around 20% compared to last year. Contacted customer service multiple times. On hold for long time. They finally contacted Enphase who apparently says there’s no problem so Solarmax can’t help!?!? Electrical bill is now higher than last year! Don’t trust them down the road if you have technical problems.

Solarmax is awesome. My install was done quickly and efficiently. Dan at Solarmax is awesome. He explained how everything worked and is always available if questions arise. Give them a call and ask for Dan. Tell him Katrina sent you.

Installation was seamless. Great customer service, Andrea was an incredible help, answered our questions, explained and helped every step of the way. We are very happy with the purchase of our panels and we contribute power to the grid. It is such a wise decision and I'm glad my husband insisted we do it. Great service from day one. Terry B was very knowledgable and really helped understand the benefits of solar. He made it sound so simple and easy. They handled everything with my home owners as well as SCE. I have already recommended a friend and he is getting his hooked up this week.

SolarMax did a outstanding job for us. The crew from instillation to setup were great. Our sales Rep Terry Beams was the determining factor. We talked to many different solar companies and Terry gave us the best info and follow up. Thanks Ken M
