I was amazed at how fast Solar Max got the engineering and then permitting done. But what was most impressive was the ONE day install for what I thought was going to be a multi day project. The crew was not only on time, but it was a small army of technicians. In just over half a day they installed and tested 38 panels on a split level home. 3 locations on the roof and they generate more than enough for our use. I have watched neighbors have solar installed from other companies. NONE did it in one day. I watched 1 install take a week to complete with multiple visits. Solar Max is the way to go

My first five was a great experience. The company does excellent work. In addition, the sale process went smooth as can be. My Sales Rep was very knowledge. So, why do I rate the company a three and a little to refer the company to other. The way this system is setup for me, I am at the mercy of a company when it come to certain workpaper needing to be submitted to my utility company. Since November of 2019, I have got the run around when it come to completing that paper. For example, I was told it will happen in November, in December, and January. I expect SCE to put me in along queue, but not a company who got paid timely and in full. I wish it wasn't the company responsibility; however, it is. One of the selling point for this $12,000 item I purchased was that this paperwork would be done a month after installation. I am now going on my fourth month after installation. At this time, I am not 100% sure that I would refer a friend or colleague because this type of after sale experience.

I was lucky enough to meet Brandon Mezzanatto well he was doing a presentation at a friends house. After meeting many door to door solar sales people it refreshing to meet some who knew his stuff and was super honest. From the good, the bad, and indifferent he was straight up. He answered any questions we had and never once did he not take the time to answer a phone call from us even when it wasn’t really about his role. The process it self was pretty simple. Solar max took care of everything. So simple at times I wonder what I may need to do, Brandon always was there to insure me it was being handled. The installation team was courteous, clean, and did great work. They asked if there was anything I didn’t like or wanted to see different. Over it’s been a great experience. I received my permission to operate today from Edison just a few weeks after the work was completed. I haven’t seen my first bill to see the impact, but based on the info Brandon provided I’m sure it will be fine. Overall I highly recommended Brandon Mezzanatto at Solarmax.

Horrible experience too much to list at this point solar has not been installed. They told loan pal installation was complete in order to get the loan funded, I thought buying a used car was as bad as it gets but I was wrong! Going to police station tomorrow because this is just fraudulent.

We had presentations from several different solar companies. The reason we picked Solar Max was due to Terry Beams. We never felt rushed or pressured. He took the time to explain the entire system and installation process from start to finish and patiently answered all our questions. He knew of some recent changes at our electrical provider to help us pick the best system for our house. None of the other company presenters had done their homework and were aware of the changes. We will recommend Solar Max to all our friends.
